U parku minijatura MINIATURK, Sütlüce, u Istanbul , Turkey nalazi se jedna prelijepa minijatura Starog Mosta iz Mostara. Koga put nanese prema Istambulu, i ima vremena otići do ovoga parka, vrijedi vidjeti, ne samo ovu minijaturu, nego i čitav niz minijatura drugi značajnih svjetskih građevina.
Mostar Bridge 1566
Mostar's symbol, the "Old Bridge" (Stari Most) is one of the most important structures of the Ottoman era and was built by Mimar Hayrudin, a student of the famous Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan. The Stari Most is hump-backed, 4 metres (13 ft 1 in) wide and 30 metres (98 ft 5 in) long, and dominates the river from a height of 24 m (78 ft 9 in). The Old Bridge stood for 427 years, until it was destroyed on 9 November 1993 by Bosnian Croat forces (…) during the War in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The international community caused it to be rebuilt and it reopened in 2004 and was finally put on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
